Sara is the last of six children in her family. Sarah’s mother passed away in 2007. She and her five siblings and three cousins stay with their grandmother Dorah and aunt. Eleven people live in a tin shack that is divided by curtains. The family survive on a pension grant and a child support grant provided for four of the children.
